Recommended Items:
👜 Shelling Bag (Medium size, mesh preferred – buckets not recommended)
👟 Water Shoes (Optional but helpful on rocky or slippery surfaces)
🧴 Sunscreen
💧 Water Bottle
🍏 Snack
👙 Bathing Suit
🧢 Hat
👕 SPF Long-Sleeve Shirt (Optional, for sun protection)
🧂 Small Lidded Cup or Bottle – Great for tiny or delicate shells (Optional)
📱 Phone or Camera – For capturing your finds!
🧼 Hand Sanitizer or Wipes (Optional)
🎒 Backpack or Small Tote – To carry your essentials
🕶️ Sunglasses
Pro Tips:
Check the tide chart! We usually go out during low tide for best finds.
Hydrate ahead of time, starting 1-2 days in advance.
There will be no shade and no where to sit. We do not suggest bringing chairs or umbrellas, as we will be walking. A handheld umbrella and neck fan is a good second.
Bring a positive attitude and a curiosity for nature!
