2. Products and Shell Condition

All of our shells are natural specimens and may include imperfections due to their origin in nature. Shells vary in size, shape, color, and condition. We do not guarantee perfect or identical items.

• No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final.

• Cleaning Process: All shells go through a 1–6 step cleaning process depending on type and condition.

• Ethical Shelling: We practice and promote ethical collection, which involves only collecting empty shells. Learn more on our YouTube Channel.

3. Services

Florida Shelling provides shell-related services such as cleaning, hole drilling, sorting, and identification.

• Pre-Service Form: A completed form is required before checkout to clarify service expectations and eliminate unnecessary communication.

• Turnaround Time: Estimated completion is 4–13 weeks depending on service type and workload. If longer, we will notify you, though delays beyond 13 weeks are rare.

4. Walking Shelling Tours

Participation in our shelling tours is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Participants should bring water, sun protection, appropriate footwear, and any items listed in our Tour Preparation Guidelines.

• Florida Shelling is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during tours.

• Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FloridaShelling.org, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Florida Shelling and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Florida Shelling is not responsible for:

• Natural inconsistencies in shells or dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.

• Delays in services caused by acts of nature, illness, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

• Injuries sustained while participating in our tours or using our products.

All products and services are provided "as is" without any warranties.
